We appreciate it’s extremely hard find your own accommodation to spend a winter in the Zermatt valley.

If you’d like to take one of the Summit options below, please drop a message with your first 3 options of where you’d like to live.

Locations of Summit accommodation

We have options in Zermatt, Täsch and St Niklaus.
 
Zermatt
Most convenient to get to work in the mornings (but also the most expensive options).
 
Tasch
A 13 minute ride on the shuttle train from Zermatt. It runs every 20 mins. Monthly shuttle pass costs 83chf (61chf for 16-25 year olds). 
 
St Niklaus 
A 38 minute train ride. Trains run twice an hour. Monthly train pass costs 178chf (130chf for 16-25 year olds). 

ACCOMMODATION CONTRACTS

  • All the contracts will be for 5 months from 25.11.2026.
  • Most rental contracts are for a minimum of 6 months but we know you won’t necessarily want to pay for accommodation outside your working time.
  • If you want to rent something earlier in November, this may be possible. We can look at options once we know where is available etc. 

Haus Pirata, Zermatt

  • A 3 bedroom apartment at the north end of town.
  • It’s for 6 people and has a nice kitchen / dining / lounge area and a bathroom with toilet, shower / bath.

Haus Flora, Täsch

  • A 3 bedroom apartment 4 minutes walk from Täsch station.
  • It’s on the 3rd floor. No lift.
  • It’s for 5/6 people and has an entrance hall, a nice kitchen / dining room, a sunny lounge, a bathroom with toilet, shower / bath and a separate toilet. It has a large, sunny balcony with excellent views.

  • Really nice duplex apartment just 2 minutes walk from the station.
  • It’s on the 4th Floor with lift access.
  • It’s for 5/6 people and has a nice kitchen and large lounge / dining area with big south facing windows, a bathroom with toilet, shower / bath and a separate toilet. It has a large, sunny balcony with excellent views.

Haus Aquila, St Niklaus

  • A great apartment 4-5 minutes walk from St Niklaus station.
  • Parking on the premises (for 4 cars) is free. 
  • The building has a large 5 bedroom apartment over 2 floors and also a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor.
  • Living in St Niklaus means you don’t get a ‘locals’ Zermatt ski pass. This will cost approx 1000chf (instead of approx 800chf for Zermatt / Täsch residents).
