How it works
Hit the ‘start learning’ button get into each of the 6 courses. You can pause and restart each course whenever you like and you can revisit courses at any point in the winter.
At the end of most sections there is a little quiz to check the understanding. Don’t worry, it’s not a big pass or fail thing but gives us a heads up of anything we may need to cover more in training once you’re in Zermatt.

Here we go through everything from signing in, to taxes and insurances. How we notify you of work and how to book time off. These courses should help you understand lots of aspects of Summit admin and office procedures.
Instructor basics and being a great instructor…

Finally, some Zermatt knowledge so you can feel like a local
This is where to find nuggets of wisdom and essential Zermatt trivia as well as the best weather forecasts and other great apps.
